Multistage Stainless Steel Pumps

DP-Pumps is the international trade name of DP Industries, Netherlands. They design, manufacture and engineer high quality pumps and systems for a large variety of water applications. Energy efficient through smart hydraulic design; reliable through the use of high-quality materials and manufacturing; and versatile due to the unique modular concept that offers an almost infinite number of variations in materials, seals, connectors, motors, etc.

The pumps in the range can be used stand-alone as a process or drinking water pump, or used in pressure boosting systems for building technology and industry.

Multistage Pumps

The stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pumps series in diverse applications for the transportation of their process water. The DPV(S) pump series are designed for pumping clean or lightly aggressive, watery mediums. Suction and discharge of the pump are in-line making pump easy to install. The hydraulic parts of the pump are made of stainless steel. The hydraulic assembly is driven by an electric motor.

  • Head (H): 5 - 254 mwc
  • Flow (Q): 1,90 - 125 m 3/h

DP Pumps Booster

The Economy Line systems are designed and produced in the Netherlands. All materials, of the DPHM variant, of the system that come into contact with water are made from stainless steel AISI304 or have a European drinking water certification. As a result the systems meet the strict European drinking water directives.

The DPHM C variant of the Economy line has a cast iron pump housing and galvanised piping.

Working range

  • Max. flow (Q): 12 m3/h
  • Max. head (H): 53 mwc
  • Ambient temperature: ≤ 40 ˚C
  • Liquid temperature: ≤ 40 ˚C

Our Premium Line pressure boosting systems, consisting of two or three vertical DPV(M)E pumps, set the standard for the supply of drinking water in buildings.

 Working range

  • Max. flow (Q): 40 m3/h (1 spare pump)
  • Max. head (H):1200 kPa
  • Ambient temperature: +4 - 30 ˚C
  • Liquid temperature: 1 - 30 ˚C, optional up to 60 ˚C

The pressure boosting systems from the Utility Line, with a maximum of 6 pumps and a capacity of up to 840 m3/h, are the biggest powerhouses in the pressure boosting systems range for drinking water and slightly aggressive liquids. They offer a solution for applications that require high capacity or head and where reliability must be guaranteed. All around the world, hospitals, luxury hotels, factories and entire towns are using these modular stainless steel systems for the transportation of their (drinking) water.
